2009 Summer training  for 7 to 15 year olds is as follows

Under 9s - Fridays, Llwynarthen Ground, St.Mellons, 6 to 7.00pm

Under 11s - Fridays, Llwynarthen Ground, St.Mellons, 7.00 to 8.30 pm

Under 13s - Fridays, Llwynarthen Ground, St.Mellons, 6.00 to 7.30pm

Under 15s - Fridays, Llwynarthen Ground, St.Mellons, 7.30 to 9.00pm

Girls All Ages - Wednesdays, Llwynarthen Ground, St. Mellons 6.30pm
